Hello Roger,
Just a quick note to advise that the Southern Cross Cup and the AFFS Champs are being held in Narrandera
beginning on Monday. The international migratory  eagles are already here with Igor Vivchar, Per Findahl, Slava Alexandrov and Vasily Beschesny  making up the Euro contingent .
Team  China is also here with Jiongyu Zou, Hongjun Zhang,Gioming Zhu, Lusong Yang,Yoan Wei, and Yunsheng Wu.
Add to this the usual local suspects, some perfect weather, a great field and dinner in the Morundah Pub should be a "cracker".

Per Findahl and Vasily have both been swimming at Bondi and Coogee respectively, the water is currently about 23DegC.
 Apparently it was snowing and minus something when they left their winter homes and flew south.
 Vasily was heard repeating the word "Paradise" as he floated on his back bobbing gently in the crystal clear water.

WESTFAC 'S PRE-REGISTRATION UNDERWAY
 
WESTFAC IV will be held this April 24th thru the 27th at the SCAMPS flying 
site at Perris California. The closest airport is Ontario Intnl. about 1
hour  from Perris.  Over 29 FLYING ACES events will be flown over the three
day  period, including 9 mass launches, which  includes the first TWIN-RUBBER 
SCALE mass launch dubbed "Double Trouble". Many duration events round out
the  schedule. If you fly at WESTFAC , please get a Pre-Registration form
from the  web-site and mail it in.

Arm holder for RDT Xmtr Don D, etal,

I use the Velcro strap from a bicycle leg light that was laying around, needing a purpose to be/exist any longer.
Then I took the Xmtr case apart, per K Bauer instructions (Ez,pz, to quote Merry Smith)to cut shallow notches for snug strap retention.
Visit your local cyclery or maybe Best Buy for some sort of 'Geek Squad' phone holder, etc for adaptation.
