This is SEN
This is SEN or SCAT Electronic News. It is a newsletter about FAI Free Flight and comes out on reasonably frequent but irregular schedule. SCAT is the Southern California Aero Team, a model airplane club that is interested in FAI Free Flight model airplanes.
SEN is sent to people who are fly or are interested in this type of model airplane. There is no charge for SEN. If you got this and do not want it, you can automatically unsubscribe by going to the in at the bottom of the newsletter or you can reply telling us that you do not want it.
We recently attended the World Championship in France and as a result of this have done some updating of the mailing list. From time to time some of the email providers will bounce our email. We try to fix that but it is not always possible. We also added some people from another mailing list. For these reasons you might be getting SEN for the first time or after a break.
We welcome contributor from all of out readers, just reply SEN with what you want to say.
SEN is written in English but are readers are from countries all around the world. If English is not your native language don't worry as people are interest in what you have to say, not how well you can write English.
We are interested in contest announcements and results, technical articles, comments about the rules, for sale and wanted announcements, in fact anything about Free Flight model airplanes.

There are a number of model airplane groups on Facebook. We made a semi arbitary decision that we would not create our own but put stuff in the group called Free Flight that was set up by Ross Jahnke. Ross reports that this group has 300 members - check it out and see the pictures of the latest winding stooge from Igor Vivchar - rated "zoomie" by that judge of F1B Chic , Bill Booth. Plus many other hot items!
