USA Team Selection Boulder City Finals proposal vote:
Boulder City Finals proposal vote:
The deadline for voting on the U.S. Team Selection Finals site
proposal has passed and as of today the vote is 32 votes approving
the Boulder City proposal and 19 votes against. It is possible that a
few more paper ballots that were postmarked November 4 or earlier
could still arrive. The dates for the competition have not been set
but should be, soon. For now, I can tell you that the Finals will be
held in October, 2014 and the official flying days will be scheduled
over a weekend. I will post new information as it comes in and begin
laying the groundwork to run an excellent Finals.

- F1A Friday, Feb. 14th (7 rounds + flyoffs)
- F1B, C and P Sat., Feb 15th (7 rounds + flyoffs)
7 rds each day, starting at 8 am, 1 hour rds for A,B,C, P
1st. round extended max per FAI SC for A,B,C
- F1G, H, J and Q Sunday, Feb. 16th
5 rds. 1 hr each starting at 8 am for G, H, J
7 rds, 1 hr each starting at 8 am for Q
- Reserve day, Monday Feb. 17th
SPECIAL NOTES: - FAI Sporting License is mandatory for all competitors flying F1A, B, C, E, Q
- US competitors can mail entry form, with fees, to CD (email entries from US flyers will not be accepted)
- Non US competitors may email entry and pay upon arrival
- All non-AMA competitors must pay $28 AMA Affiliation fee
- Entries are considered late if not received by Feb. 9, 2014
- Fees are double for late entries

Biggles Leagues UK - 2013 results
In 2013, for the first time, Area competitions were included and will be again next year. BMFA rule changes will exclude 1/2A from the results in 2014.
Mick Lester dominated the seven round F1J - 1/2A power class, winning five of the six competitions he entered and the trophy for the third time
In F1H, Gary Madelin, with his carbon bunters, won the trophy for the first time after a nail-biting last round. Chris Parry, with his familiar 'Mini-V' straight tow model, had a slight chance to overtake Gary, but it just wasn't his day. The first six places after ten rounds were an equal mix of circle and straight tow models! Full results at -
