Sierra Cup
the Sierra Cup will be run Friday, Saturday and Sunday. the plan is to put the World Cup part on line with the help of F1U.ORG. Go to f1u.org/en and click on the live. This was a last minute effort as was the Bissonette/Danish World Cup so we are just getting things in place. This is the first time that some one outside of the Ukraine and worked with the the F1U team so there are a number of small issues. These are being worked. Unlike the events in the Ukraine no special people were tasked to do this so it is taking a bit longer. We do believe that the effort is worth it, particularilioy with some of the close races in the World Cup ... but of course if it was all that important to you would be on the filed with Andrey, Anatoli, Walt, Alex and all those others trying to spoil it. The weather is Lost Hills on it's best behaviour - milder temperature than normal and gentle breeze.
We did send an ealier message that we have cancelled , some of you would have got this interim message . We did this because we were not sure we could get all of this information out. before tomorrow.
37. CAL FAI Invitational
LOST HILLS, CALIFORNIA
OCTOBER 8/9 2011
The 37th. California FAI Invitational was a very nice contest , excellent weather and temperature, no wind and retreval problems. The Fly-Offs went out on time and decided the same day.
I would like to thank everyone that came to participate and hope you have enjoyed yourself as much as I did.
Hope you liked the deserts that my wife Zella made for you and God willing will try and do this all over again next year.
Stay healthy and Best Regards
Juan Livotto
