Greetings from a longtime lurker and paid subscriber back in the 1960s. I have an open letter of invitation that goes with this missive - but how do I attach it???

To Prospective Participants: I have been in contact with Prof Michael Selig at UUIC about testing F1A airfoils in their facility and he is very interested in such a project On that basis I am seeking to establish the level of interest in providing donations towards costs and supplying two-dimensional airfoil models for testing. Please read the attached open letter and circulate it to any others likely to be interested, including individuals, clubs and national associations.

 

Please send me a list of your strongly positive contacts for follow up.  

 

This call will be carried in FFQ and hopefully the SEN newsletter. I hope we can obtain a reasonably firm idea of the scope involved over the next month or so, get commitments made and then start some organising and planning activities.

Fora break-in question?

Hi,
 I just got a Fora engine (it is veeery hard to buy a Cyclon in Brazil). I will use on a nostalgia 1/2A. What is the best method to break in this engine? What fuel should I use? Which prop?
