would like to know something about the history of this model and the 
activity of Mr. Denny in the field of target drones, as he was the 
founder of Radioplane Company.

Roger, I refuse to acknowledge being related even remotely to anyone as
graceful, well dressed and with such a firm grip on the rules as Mac the
Bigot.
  I would never marry anyone who had such a son. Why the guy even has 
two eyes and skin that is almost human colored.I would not be allowed=

Please include the following in a subsequent SEN.

All model flying in Moffett Field Hangar One has been canceled because they 
discovered a lead contamination problem in the floor and ceiling of the 
hangar.  It will take three million bucks and some time to clear the problem 
up.  All personnel, including those of the Airship Museum in the hangar have 
been moved out.

Invigorator material

Thanks to Tom Iorger I've discovered that invigorators on my high aspect
ratio wings really work.
I've tried three materials.
1.  012 Spider wire: no good, I can't put it on straight and have it 
conform to the spanwise undulations of the section

2.  Drafting tape.  It's very expensive, unavailable hereabouts, and the
stuff I've found tends to stick to the roll and not peel off well  
(probably old stock)

3.  All weather window tape.  Bought in 1 or 2 inch rolls and stripped 
into .03 widths and stacked up to the desired thickness.   Goes on well
but absorbs water and swells, no good for early morning dew.

Any advice??


Texas Timer Update

Hank Nystrom, the Texas Timers Tzar just updated his info on the web site
it is under the sources section, the direct URL is

Note that the upper case letters in the TM/E33T7 is important.

Beacuse the way information is formatted it's not practical to include
it SEN.  Hank has a wide range of clockwork timers and other goodies
to support the GAS model flyer in all classes.

Syner-G for sale

Roger:

I have 3 different coupes now, two of which are 
flying very well. I don't need but one good one since I am not a serious 
flyer. There is no doubt in my mind that the Vivchar Syner-G will sell the 
easiest. I would like to offer it on the SEN. It is the newest model, with 
DPR, and I obtained it right after the Finals. I have made the needed 
structural improvements to the wing peg, rudder post and tail boom. This model 
is also fully trimmed now and has not been damaged in any way. The only 
exception is a tiny, tiny hole in the bottom of the stab. I have about $460 
invested, including extra prop blades (unused) bobbin, rear peg, etc. 
This model is contest ready. The price is negotiable, 
but I will not take a big loss on it.
