Reminder of Aug 17-18 Wilbur and Orville Americas Cup and National Cup meet at Barron Field

Dear Free Flight Friends,

  I am currently in France in final prep for the Free Flight World Champs, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week ahead.  Great flying continues around the world.  This notice is to provide reminder of the Wilbur and Orville Summer Free Flight contest at Barron Field in Wawayanda, NY August 17-18, organized by Sarah Radziunas and myself.  We have AMA, NFFS, and FAI events.  The schedule is structured to follow that of recent Skyscraper meets at our field.  Concerning FAI events we plan the F1GHJQ events to be Saturday starting at 9:30am and the F1ABCP events are Sunday starting at 7:30am.  The events as posted at www.brooklynskysrapers.org/calender.html also include local favorates Cloud Tramp and Tom Boy (time target) along with the AMA and NFFS mainstays of Hand Launch Glider, Catapult Glider, Mulvihill, P-30, Classic Towline, E-36, Electric B, Pee-Wee 30 Gas, 1/4A Nostalgia and .020 Oldtime replica combined, 1/2A and AB Classic and Nostalgia combined, plus we sanctioned
1/2A,AB Gas combined.
