The Boulder City forecast for the SW FAI Challenge is Sunny, 83 degrees with 6 MPH NNW winds on Saturday and Sunny 81 degrees with 9 MPH NNW winds on Sunday.  I use Accuweather which over the years has been pretty reliable.  They don't have the hourly forecast for Saturday & Sunday posted yet, but the hourly forecast for Thursday & Friday show the wind speed pretty consistent all day.  The NNW direction is going aim the drift somewhat toward the power lines, toward Searchlight, so we'll need to be a little careful, but at 6-9 MPH they really should not come into play.
