Faifreeflight.org: Delivery of SEN

I note the comments in SEN 1310 about truncated issues, which I have had sometimes but it is easy enough to get full text from the web site. But I have found that some issues have not arrived at all. Recently 1307 and 1308 didn't reach me, and before that 1301 and 1302. I have checked and they were not intercepted into my spam folder.... It is possible to get around when the next issue arrives and I notice it is not sequential from my previous one, but it would be easier not to have that delay.

Thanks,

Ian

Ian, your e-mail address is a BTInternet - this I belive is run by Yahoo. For sometime  Yahoo has silently ignored some SEN mail. I have tried to follow up with notavail. They claim they don't ignore it - experience indicates that this is not so and other subscribers have followed up to with no avail.

June 27-28 SkyScraper Annual Event Schedule

Free Flight Friends,

Here is the schedule for the Skyscraper Annual next weekend from CD Dave Acton and myself. Note that the date is indeed June 27-28 as also shown on the master calendar at the NFFS website FreeFlight.org (the date is incorrect in the current NFFS printed digest). The schedule here has a mix of large and small FAI, AMA, and Nostalgia events each day to accomodate a number of requests.  For those who are curious, Julie Barron's glider flyaway flight from May remains lost, though Bill Buss' long flight in the same thermal was recovered.  Michelle Barron's long off-field flight at the Wilbur and Orville contest last week was found Sunday afternoon in a clearing in the woods a couple of miles away. Unfortunately, Miles Johnson's model remains lost from his flyaway flight earlier that day. We hope you are glad to receive word about our activities.  Here is the schedule. -- Andrew
