To all those who asked for details of how to make the above.
Sorry about taking so long. I tied to do a posh job with drawings inserted
into text but gave up as Microsoft Word technology is so deuced complicated
for a simple rubber flier like me!
However the instructions and drawings are attached If you cannot download
them send me your address and a SAE and I will post them to you via snail
mail.

Just noticed that I have labelled the resistors on the drawing in reversed
position. The 120K should be between 6 and 7 and the 20K between 7 and 8.
