Seelig Timer Auction for Jr Team

Jon Davis donated two Seelig 3 function Timers for the Jr FF Team.  I just put the first one up on Ebay. Do a search on "Seelig 3 Function" and you'll find it straight away. The Second timer auction will start on July 9.  These are used but in very good shape.  They are the smaller 3 function, one dt scroll lever and 2 disk released levers.  I also placed my Sirius  (Peak Electronic) item on ebay.  Search on Sirius Pro Former, Super Test Pro and Sirius Charger 100.  I have gone all LiPo as most FFers have.  The RC guys still use NiCd and NiMh and so hope they will bid on these.

2013 USA FF Team Selection Qualification Contests

We reprint this from the NFFS web site as we have got a number of questions recently ...

Qualifying for the Finals is done in one of three ways:
1. By being a member of the previous team, the team manager or assistant manager.
2. Join the program paying $75 to the AMA and accumulate 75 minutes in AMA
sanctioned F1A-B-C contests. Scoring is for the first 7 rounds, up to 3 minutes,
excluding the flyoffs. If the max is reduced to 2-minutes, and the flier maxes, their
time is rounder up to 3-minutes. Flight time can be accumulated until 30 days before
the Finals.
3. Pay $200 to bypass (2) or when missing accumulated time.
(A summery from the official document "2013 FF Team Selection Program".)
The dead line for all payments to AMA is September 7, 2012.
The finals are held at Lost Hills in October 7-11, 2012
