FYI I believe the AMA copy of the rules is identical to the "official" copy,
with the reformatting from A4 to 8-1/2 x 11 paper being the only change. It
isn't bound because, like the AMA rule book, it's easier to amend by
reprinting a page here and there. A number of folks have asked for both rule
books to be printed this way, and I believe both are available from the
Competitions Dept. at AMA for those interested.
