Great Contest, good weather. Tricky thermals. Visitors from 11 countries
including the Yugoslav Team, the 3 current World Champions, plus 2
previous World Champion [Randy Archer and Jerry Fitch].

Seen at the banquet an Electronic timer for F1C type models - plugs in
place of a Selig. Engineered like a Selig at 45 grams. Uses no batteries
but has a bank of capacitors to drive a stepper motor. Comes from
somewhere on the East Cost, reputed to cost $350.
