Ike and Kiwi pre-entry

For the Ike and Kiwi we are offering pre-entry by email this year. All payment of entry fees should be made on the field.  You can enter on the field and there is no financial penalty for on the field entry, although it might take a little longer.

In addition to help you plan what events you want to fly in we have listed the events by  day and separated the FAI events from the AMA and NFFS ones.   So what you do is put your name , country and license (AMA) number in the place below, then delete all the lines of the events you do not want to enter and send it back as a reply to SEN. The parts you send start with the Start of Ike/Kiwi entry form line and end with the End of entry form line.  Below after the blank entry for there is an example of a filled out entry form for someone entering F1B, Mc Cready HLG, F1G and SAM Compressed Air

US Team Finals:

The dates for the Finals have been tentatively set for October
23~27, 2014. To maximize the chances for good weather we decided that
holding the Finals after the Livotto/Sierra Cup weekend would be
best. Those contests will be both be held over the Columbus day
weekend just as they were this year. We tried to reach the best
compromise for those flying/driving directly to Nevada and those
taking part in all of the western October contests. The dates chosen
will cover four contests over a two week span and still allow allow a
little breathing room after the California contests for Finals
preparation and travel.

With this schedule processing will begin on Thursday the 23rd. F1A,
B, and C competition will be Friday the 24th through Sunday the 26th.
Monday October 27 will be the reserve day. Bill Booth will likely
slide the Southwest Challenge, which will precede the Finals, a day
from it's normal Saturday Sunday format. So, Saturday can serve as an
additional travel/acclimation day. The Mini FAI and AMA events will
be held on Sunday as usual with the Big FAI events slotted to be
flown on Monday. The Beginning and ending times for each finals day
as well as the rounds schedule is being adjusted to fit the daylight
hours in Boulder City over those dates.

Sincerely,

Blake Jensen
