New Shipment of Recycled  and 2009 Symposia now available.


I have a complete set of NFFS Symposia for sale, including a few duplicates, spanning the time from the first one (1968) until 2000. These came from Bob Norton and are in excellent condition. All are intact and available for sale for the usual price of $10 per copy plus shipping. Norton also sent along a couple of other books, detailed below.
Here is the Symposium list:
1968 and 1969 (first and second Sympos)
1970, which is a photocopy of the original.
1971 through 1985.
1988 through 2000.
I have duplicates of the following years:
1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1999.
Also, I have Malkin’s
Airfoil Sections book of 190 pages; Dolby/Cusick’s Book of Airfoils, 79 pages; and Stalick’s Darned Good Airfoils compilation from Model Builder 21 pages. The Malkin and Dolby/Cusick book are for sale for $10 each. I will give you the Darned Good Airfoils book if you order the other two.
Finally, I have three McCombs Scale Books:
Flying and Improving Scale Models, copywrite 1977. Approximately 70 pages
Making Scale Models Fly, copywrite 1981. Approximately 80 pages
Making Scale Models Fly, copywrite 1992 (expands on the 1981 book). Approximately 90 pages.

FOR CLASSES: F1-A, F1-B, F1-C, F1-G, F1-H and Nostalgia Wakefield
Due to the lock of interest there will no be F1-J event
SATURDAY OCT. 10TH. F1-A, F1-B and F1-C
SUNDAY OCT. 11TH. F1-G and F1-H
Nostalgia Wakefield can be flown both days, (But must finish the same day)
Flt. Duration as per NFFS Rules. 2 min, 3 min. 4 min. etc.
 

First Flight Duration:    F1-A   210 Seconds F1-B   240 Seconds F1-C   240 Seconds

-7- One hour rounds starting at 08:00 hours
 
Fly-Offs will start at 4:30 PM “FIRM” as schedule
Saturday: F1-A = 4:30 to 4:40 ** F1-B = 4:45 to 4:55 ** F1-C = 5:00 to 5:10
                      “        5:15 to 5:25        “        5:30 to 5:40          “       5:45 to 5:55
 
F1-G and F1-H Sunday October 11th. 2009
First flight for both events will be 180 seconds
-5- flights of One hour starting at 8:00 hours
Fly-Offs will start short after the end of the 5th round 5, 7, 9 min. increments
 
***There will be NO timers provided, please find someone to fly and time with you***
