This is SEN - SCAT Electronic News. It is a newsletter about FAI Free Flight.. We have been cleaning our subscriber list and have "fixed" some e-mail address. If you do not to get this you can un-subscribe with the link at the bottom.





Re Selig timer.

 

Here is a simple thing that you can do to all timers that really works well.

Get some Colman Lantern fuel. This is sold in the camping supply area of Walmart and other sports stores. Fill a small jar with the fuel. Wind the timer and drop it into the fuel and let it run submerged. It may take to or three time with an old or dirty timer. You will be surprised at what is left in the jar when you finish.

Lightly oil when done. I have used this on F1B timers and power model timers for years.
