took between my flights.Pictures are mainly orientated to Croatian
team but not all of them.Originals are resized for smaller webspace
but quality should be sufficient.

Hi Roger. Just a short note to tell you we are still
alive. 4 to 5 inches of rain on power, so we could not
finish until today, but they tried to flyoff during
thermals, and could even end today. Aringer from Austria
and Fuzeyev from Russia are still in it. Keck was 6th,
Archer 7th, and Morris 19th. US team 2nd, behind Italy.
Everyone is very tired. More later. gb
Junior Team Clarification

Roger,
Sorry I did not send any Jr team info this past week. I need to
communicate that the Jr team results reported in the last SEN (issue 814) are
unofficial. Some of the Jrs need to earn pionts from one or two of
the remaining AM Cup contests this year to secure their team spots.
I'll be updating the Jr Team
scores and hope to get them posted on the NFFs web site next week.
Also, the Jr Team Selection committee has the opportunty to send a 4th power
flyer to fly F1P. We will discuss this and make a decision in the next few
months.
Thermals, Jim Parker
[Note the Junior team selection depends on 2 America's Cup Events, the
pre-Nats Junior Event and the Nats event. So an excellent performance
the the 2 Nats event is critical. Some Junior candidates already have
the maximum score for their 2 America's Cup events. However
if the person got a winning score [i.e. in the top 3] over the Nats events
and they do not yet have a perfect score in 2 America's Cup events
it may be possible for someone else to over take them if they do
not make the 2 America's Cup Contests. Clear ? ]
