As of 10:30 pm, Economy Inn desk clerk says it hasn't rained yet, but it is
cloudy. Flyers are arriving, only 2 have cancelled.
She did say it rained earlier this week. Bring your glue and sandpaper,
we'll build cat gliders!

News from the FAI/CIAM via George Xenakis

The FAI has published on their Web site www.fai.org/~fai the agenda for
the March plenary meeting. This can be downloaded. There are number of
procedural changes relating to World Champs events and some changes in
F1A and F1C rules. We will look at putting the Free Flight Section on the
Web Site but it will take us a couple of days to get organized.
I understand that Bob Waterman will be representing the interest of US
Free Flight at this meeting. This will be confirmed.
They also published the miuntes of the December meeting so avid FAI
watchers can see what happened there.
