Of interest is that both World Champs are fairly recent indoor flyers and product s of the USA Science Olympics program. Kang as a coach and mentor and Evan as a Student Contestant.
While kang's margin was in the order of a minute, Evan's was only 3 seconds out of a total of 61 minutes !
